The Residence boasts a swimming pool ( heated in winter) , perched on the roof and surrounded by a spacious terrace on which each guest will easily find a place for a lengthy sunbath . The Residence is endowed with an open sea view which gives it an exceptional panorama allowing it an encompassing view of the gulf and the ancient town and its fort.
The residence has its private beach which can be accessed following a guarded passageway .
